Hello everyone,

As you can see in the picture, we have toggled off the User Activation Email in Freshdesk>>Admin>>Email notifications>>Requester Notifications
But each new contact will be still Unverified. How can I solve this problem?

Hey Mahmoud! Even if you turn off the “User Activation Email” in Freshdesk, new contacts can still show as Unverified — that’s just how Freshdesk tracks whether an email address has ever confirmed its identity. Disabling the email stops Freshdesk from sending the verification link, but it doesn’t automatically mark new users as verified.

If you want new contacts to appear as verified right away, you’ll need to manually verify them through the contact’s profile (click “Verify User”), or use the API to update their status after creation. Unfortunately, there’s no built-in toggle that makes all new users verified automatically.

Hello everyone,

As you can see in the picture, we have toggled off the User Activation Email in Freshdesk>>Admin>>Email notifications>>Requester NotificationsBut each new contact, even when using Ultherapy Santa Monica, will still be Unverified. How can I solve this problem?

Even with the User Activation Email turned off, new contacts in Freshdesk are still marked as Unverified by default. This is because Freshdesk requires contacts to verify their email to be marked as verified. Disabling the email only stops the activation email from being sent; it does not automatically verify the contact. To solve this, you need to either manually verify each contact in their profile or use the Freshdesk API to automate marking new contacts as verified.
