Ability to Designate a "Default" Ticket View at the Agent Level

As an agent it would be great if we could add filters to a ticket view to our own specifications and then set that ticket view as the “Default” view we see when signing into freshservice.

This would be such a welcome addition - particularly when you have invested in creating custom views. With so many upvotes - is there any update on it being added to the roadmap? It has been requested for so so long now. This shouldn’t just be for Freshservice, but Freshdesk as well!!

10 year old issue, it’s clear there is no intent to optimize the user experience, just more Product Notifications. Switch away as soon as possible.

Been asking for this since we started.  Along with group settings for asset views.  We have them for tickets why not assets.

also handy to have a  default view for ALL the views … definitely tickets but like tasks, changes, projects, etc. set to the default and cannot force a specific view. Also the Dashboard being set to the custom “My Dashboard”. Company was wondering why this was NOT possible when I was creating our instance.
