Feature Request: Delayed email send feature?

Does anyone else want a delayed send on emails and ticket responses? 

I personally don’t care how it affects the SLA and would prefer to have some of our emails replied to during higher staffing hours. 

This would be a relatively simple, but powerful feature to add to freshdesk.

is there any progress on this delayed send email? I love this feature in gmail and other apps, but we can’t do it in freshdesk?

And @Jebas suggested the App “Schedule Reply for Freshdesk”. It seems pretty basic and it doesn’t look as if it would include your personal signature, but it’s a start.

Please, we need this ASAP. Sending only during business hours is very important to us. SLA is less critical.

This would be a very useful feature for us. Since the Covid pandemic we work from home and with more flexible working hours. Our ‘opening hours’ however haven’t changed. Therefore we do not want customers to see that we do work outside opening hours and send mails to them at 11pm for instance. For that reason we would like to have the option to send delayed emails from Freshdesk.
