Hi all,

As the subject pretty much describes it, is there a way for me to link to a specific section to another article as opposed to the one I’m currently editing?

I know <anchor id> works for the current article one is working, will this work for link sections of other articles? What amendments should I make to the codes?

Thank you.

Hi @ureee ,

You can make use of anchor tags to have this done as well. To any article link, you can add the anchor at the end and that should be accessible.

Here’s a video grab that could be of help!

Hi,

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but the link above isn’t available to me (I’m new to Freshdesk, but I believe it’s because I need to have a Support login?!)… could you make that article available elsewhere - or even here?

Thanks

Interesting question! While <anchor id> works locally, for cross-article linking in-wiki, try using a specific, unique anchor in the target article (e.g., <anchor id="PokerogueDex_Breeding">). Then, link using [[TargetArticle#PokerogueDex_Breeding]]. This should jump directly to the "Breeding" section in the "TargetArticle," especially useful for comprehensive guides like a Pokerogue and Pokerogue Dex guide! Experiment and see if that resolves it.

Hello @CintraRichie

The link is working without being logged in to Support portal. Could you please try to access it again from incognito?
