Hello,
Is there anyone the UK that offers on line or face to face Freshdesk training or consultancy? I work for a small company that implemented Freshdesk in 2017, all those people are now gone and Im now in charge or a solution I have no clue how to configure of manage.
If there are organisation or individuals out there that could help me I’d be very happy to hear from you.

I’ve been in a similar situation before, taking over Freshdesk without prior experience. What really helped me was starting with Freshworks University’s free courses (great for basics + configuration), and then joining a couple of live webinars they run from time to time.
If you’re looking for more hands-on help in the UK, some consultants also offer remote screen-share training sessions, which might be quicker and more cost-effective than on-site. You could also check Freshworks’ official partner directory for UK-based providers.
