With respect, wouldn’t one have tried that before making an account to raise awareness of the issue in freshworks communities and take a screenshot to post publicly?

 

yes, I have tried taking the tour. Enable freddy. Disable freddy. Clear cache. Logout and back in. A different browser. A different pc. Other users in my team have the same issues too.
