How to assign licenses in a few easy steps:

• Go to Admin > Agents (under User Management)

• Select the team member(s) you’d like to empower with Freddy AI Copilot

• Under permissions, click Edit and add the “Freddy Copilot” role

• For even more control, create a custom role to assign only the Copilot features your agents need
