I am working to build some custom reports such as Number of Tickets Created per Location, Number of Tickets resolved/closed  per technician, Time spent per resolved/closed, and since I also have three departments using this system, Tickets per Department or Group would be great to build.

 

Maybe after building a few samples like these I can get more practice and customs?

Are you requesting samples of how to build such custom reports? 

You can indeed create such reports, using Group By and Filters.
