Dashboard features missing

Hi guys. I am new here in this community and I have a problem creating dashboards.

we are using a growth version of freshservice and I wanted to create some dashboard views to look at some numbers every day. I tried this a few weeks ago and I am sure I could create a widget with the average response time and average resolution time. today I tried to create this again and this two widgets are gone.

 

is ir possible, that this features are only available in pro version and not in growth?

    Hi.

    This feature is indeed available in Growth plan.

    Maybe you have already used it and hence it is not available to add a second one; some widgets can be added only for 1, 2 or 3 instances of it. As a matter of fact, Average Resolution Time can be added only 3 times. After that, the button will be disabled:

    Thanks for this answer, but I did not use this Widget at any time and I can´t find the widget button. The button is not disabled, it is gone.
