Hello,

 

I am trying to create a report off a Service Item and can’t seem to get drop down fields that pull from data sources in the report. Is this feature not supported?

Yes. at the moment , we do not support dropdown’s with “Custom Data source” to show up in the analytics module . We only support dropdown with hard-coded values in the dropdown options. 

 

However , we do have a existing feature request to include the dropdown’s with “Custom Data Source” in the analytics reports.
