Hi,

I need to generate a ticket report grouped by agent. I tried using analytics - timesheet summary and the agent tab, but it shows a blank screen with "no data" written on it.
I have the growth plan.

@MBraga I believe your query is regarding Freshdesk. But it’s posted in the Freshservice forum.

Growth plans in Freshdesk don’t offer custom reporting ability, meaning, one can’t create new reports in analytics. You can only view the curated reports.

I understand that you viewed the Timesheet Summary Report > Agent page and encountered the ‘no data’ message in the charts. It could be because you don’t have access to different agent groups to view data for the agents in these agent groups. Could you please check if you have the permissions to view different agent groups?
