Tried filtering tickets using subject and description as parameters, however I was able to filter tickets only using “subject” and not “description”. Tried advanced filters but still unable to do it. Any suggestion will be helpful!

@Nav_in Subject is a single line text field whereas Description is a multi-line text field. Currently, filtering is supported only on single line text fields. If there’s a business need to be able to filter on multi-line text fields, please feel free to raise this as an idea so that it gets the necessary visibility and traction.
