Hi everyone,

We’ve noticed that the Leaderboard and Achievements widgets have disappeared from our Freshservice agent dashboards. The widgets now display the message:

“Leaderboard feature is no longer available, please remove the widget.”
“Achievements feature is no longer available, please remove the widget.”

We’re trying to understand whether this change was introduced by Freshservice directly (e.g. feature deprecated), or if it could have been disabled by our account administrator via settings or permissions.

We still see references to the Arcade functionality here:

Has anyone experienced the same? Any official confirmation from the Freshservice team?

Yes, I reached out with a support ticket and they told me that this feature is depreciated. Will no longer be available. Only way is analytics.

I really don't understand why it was removed, as it was well structured, useful, motivating, and a distinctive feature compared to other competitors...


I completely agree. They are not transparent. 


When or where was this posted? I just checked our portal and we’re not yet affected, most likely due to the subscription level? 


No idea onestly. I don’t directly manage the platform, I was just noticied the changes the same day I first posted here.


Initially when I reached out, they said that we have complaint from few users and working on it. Later on, they told me that is gone, and we are supposed to use the analytics. The leaderboard is still there on the dashboard but no data. That is the reason I said that there is no transparency in the process.

Ray of hope for everyone probably. We all really want it back - if that is a possibility.
