Could some one tell me how to get the request type and sub-type in analytics without adding servise items in the Filters.

Please be aware that in our system, we have a field (under the workspace > Service Categories > service item > request type > sub-items). When attempting to report all this data in a report, it is necessary to select all request types and subtypes individually in the filter. However, this is not possible with the service items that include a large number of request types.
