With the new Freddy self-service email bot, we were curious how many tickets customers are closing themselves now that they “have all the answers.”

Is there a metric or filter in reporting we can use to show tickets closed by customers?

We also have similar use-case. As of now I couldn’t find any attribute related for tickets where customers are closing it by themselves.

Non what I have seen. A workaround, sadly only for new tickets is to use a automation that add a tag when a requester change the status to closed.
