Hi, 

Is there no way to add filters in the team dashboards? 

The pro plan said it had custom real time dashboards.

While Team Dashboards themselves don’t support direct filtering within the dashboard, you can achieve a similar result by using filtered Ticket Views.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Tickets tab

  2. Apply the filters you need (e.g., status, priority, group)

  3. Click Save View, and choose to share it with all agents

  4. When setting up or editing your Dashboard widget, select this saved view as the data source

This lets you create widgets that reflect filtered ticket data — giving you a customized, real-time view aligned with your team’s focus.
