I’d like one of my agents to be able to add a chart of their own ticket stats to their ‘My Dashboard’ page, but am struggling to work out what permission they need to do this in their role / admin role, without just giving them full report permissions.
Any ideas?

At the moment, it’s not possible to limit an agent’s access in the Reports module to only their own tickets. This is because reports in Freshservice often require a combination of multiple permissions to access various entities (like tickets, requester info, SLAs, etc.).

 

To allow an agent to create and add a chart to their ‘My Dashboard’, you’ll need to provide them with “Manage Reports” access. This will enable them to both create and edit reports, which is necessary for customizing their Report dashboard.
