do you have some solutions to make some calculations in analitycs? For example, we have information about amount of improving files, we would like to show how many files were improved, but not the created tickets - according to the number in custom fields of the ticket.

If I understood correctly, yes, you can create custom computations in Analytics and work or show such data.

The point is I have data like below and for now I can only count amount of tickets, but I need to show amount of “Ilość płytek”. So in this case it should be “48” no “7”.
Is there solution for that? And if yes, how can I make it?
I’m afraid to say that currently, that is not possible.
Analytics have the option to create custom Metrics and Custom Attributes, but they are based on standard data fields made available by Freshworks, and custom fields are not shown there.
I’d suggest to double check with them by raising a support ticket, and submitting a new Idea (which I think it may already exist) and share the link to the idea in order to vote.
