I would like to inquire if it’s possible to get an analytics report on the number of tickets that come through the different email addresses we have from our multiple products.

Are you currently asking for a way to create a report in which you can group by different Support Email Addresses? Or by the Sender/Requester of your different systems that send email to you FD Instance?
If it is the first case, I’m not sure it can be done; I’d suggest to submit your request to FW support.
