I need to be able to report on activities created by Agents.  Filters should be by Agent, Date and client

Header level is fine but i need to be able then drill into the ticket id to view the content

 

Is this possible or can it be added as an enhancement request please

No thats not what i mean. Im not interested in Availability, i want to see what activities ie Public and Private notes, were raised by client on any given day on a support ticket

In that case, Agent Performance report would be the ideal choice.

To get the Ticket ID, you can expand the widget and choose the Underlying data > You can get the Ticket IDs from there.

I had the same issue with agent and the link mentioned above didn’t worked, the second link that you mentioned still not solving the issue. Please let me know how to drill down into individual tickets from the report?
