Cannot see tickets as a metric to build a report

Anyone know why I cannot build a report showing the number of tickets in the system? When i goto add widget i don’t see Tickets listed as a possible metric to add to the report. 

If i go to the Custom Metrics section i can see a section called Module but that has a limited list in there, which DOES not include tickets. 

I cannot see any where else where i can set the modules that should be available to the analytics module, making reporting impossible.

It seems like you're having trouble finding the "Tickets" metric for your report. Have you checked the system's support or documentation for any solutions? They might have some helpful tips or settings to adjust.

Thanks but i tried the docs, the vidoes but nothing out there seemed to help and i was unable to get the correct answer using any combination of search words.
