Is there an option to build a custom report that shows customer survey responses?
This would be beneficial for our other departments that do not have an admin to manually go in and find that information.

Freshdesk, by default, provides a curated report Customer Satisfaction Survey Report in Analytics/Reports which helps you with various survey metrics/filters and data. Please refer to this article to get detailed insights on the same.
