We’ve just created a team dashboard and noticed that when we create a barchart showing tickets assigned to agent, its only showing 5 agents. However some of our teams have more than 5 people so they are not showing in the barchart. Please tell me this is something that can be formatted/changed and not the default behaviour?

What filters do you have on the widget, and the page/report?

Are you using the Top x function anywhere ?

Sorry, my mistake.

In all honesty, I gave up with Dashboards as I thought that they’re not as flexible/powerful as the analytics modules.

 

The screengrab I sent was a widget added to an analytics report.


Ahhh ok, yeah i just found that bit you were refering too. I was looking at the “main” dashboards as it were. 


Hope that helps - I think Fresh would benefit from Merging Analytics and Dashboards as both have useful functionality.
