Dashboard invisible tickets

Hello all,
 

In our company, dashboards are a widely used functionality among the different departments. It is a key element in the day-to-day work of the agents.

On several occasions we have encountered a bug in which ghost tickets appear, i.e. the dashboard shows us that X person has a ticket. 
 

But when we click to go the list with the ticket, no ticket is there:
 

 

As I have said, this bug happened tu us repeatedly, and 2-3 days latter is back to normality.

 

Has this happened to anyone else? And do you know if there is a way to fix it?

Hi David,

I hope you are doing well :)

I understand that you are Experienzing  a mismatch in ticket count. This is due to the last sync which takes place and if you modify the ticket in any way that would fix this count issue. In the mean time our team is also working on to reduce these instances.

Could this just be a case that the ticket was real, but it’s moved on (solved, or to a different agent)?
