Dashboard numbers colors

We need the color GREEN for dashboard numbers. As simple as it sounds, my team works better with numbers and I have noticed they hate not being able to get their yellows to Green. They see Red, and they work hard to get them to yellow, but that’s it.

@Israel I completely agree. You can alter colors in the analytics tab, which helps for reporting but Red/Yellow/Green should be a standard feature for Dashboards.

The dashboard is used for performance of the team. For e.g. If team is not able to close more than 50 tickets a day together, its a slower perforamance, but if they are closing 75+ its exceed expecation. We have to appriciate it and that can be only shown using the positive color. We need this feature Freshdesk team!

For dashboard numbers, using color-coded indicators helps users quickly interpret performance. Green can represent positive trends, while red signals declines. Amber is used for moderate values. In the context of the Pakistan Champions Trophy squad prediction, colors can emphasize player stats, form, or team dynamics, aiding quick decision-making.

We need more votes to get this move forward. It has been 2 years since I added the suggestion. This is slower than the Government HAHAH.
