How do i check the Contacts useage. due to GDPR guidance?
For example, Client 1 has a account, but hasn't used it for 1 year.
Is there a way to export a list of these accounts that meet a certain threshold? and if yes, is here a way to do this automated?

From what I've seen in Analytics you can report on what’s in the system, but not what isn’t.  I recently did a similar exercise as you by exporting all of the companies and tickets to excel, and doing the analysis in there.
