I want to include the ticket description on a custom report but I can’t find DESCRIPTION as a ticket field to select.

@dberry4712 As of now, single line text fields are not included in Analytics. This has already been picked up as a feature request and we’ll be sure to keep you posted as and when we have updates. Have a good day!
