Hi,

As a CSM, I handle multiple accounts and I would like to schedule a report on a daily basis for all the unresolved tickets associated with my accounts. Does Freshdesk support this feature?

Hello @VaishnaviG, good day! You can tweak the unresolved tickets tab in the Helpdesk ticket volume report in analytics and create a schedule for the report to be sent to you daily.

 You can click on any one of the widget → Click on the three dots to clone the widget → Save the cloned widget

 

Cloning the widget

 Now, aplly filters to the widget to filter only your account’s ticket, add a time period as well, click on Apply. You’d see the data reflecting accoding to the filter’s you’ve set. 

 

Now, save the widget.

Now, click on the schedule icon and enter to preferances to schedule the widget. You can choose
