Is there a way to report on volume of emails sent from a support email address, regardless of group?

Greetings from Freshworks community.
Natively, there are no metric available to fetch the count of emails transacted via the support mailbox.
However, we have logs captured in our internal system which can provide you the details as a report.
You can email to support@freshdesk.com asking for the report with time range and mention the mailbox that is integrated with the Freshdesk application. Our support team will be able to fetch and share the report back to you.
