Hi everyone!

Hi everyone, I’m quite new to Analytics and still learning what it can and can’t do.

I hope I’m using the right terminology here. 🙂

I’ve created a widget that shows the total number of unresolved tickets currently assigned to my team.

What I’d like to do now is refine it to only display tickets that are older than a certain number of days—say, 30 days as an example. Is this possible?

Apologies if this has been asked before—I haven’t come across anything more recent than a year old in the forum.

Thanks,

Mike

@JoceLeco You can add an additional filter to achieve this. This new filter could be based on ticket creation date. Please see the following screenshots for a couple of examples.

The date filter supports a bunch of operators such as ‘before’, ‘after’, ‘in the last’, ‘in the next’, and so on (screenshot below). You can use any of these as per your requirements.

Thanks, @Amrit Mishra — that’s exactly what I needed! I initially thought I’d have to create a new metric, but it turns out I didn’t.

Here’s what I ended up using. I also discovered that I could apply it directly to the Page filter, which means I won’t need to update each individual widget. Now, I can simply adjust the Page filter whenever needed with different time periods (30, 45, 60, 90, etc) — a huge time-saver! 😁

Thanks again!

Mike
