Why isn’t the combined the same number as Total?
What am i doing wrong on this report, shouldn’t all tickets be either within or in Violation of SLA?
Why isn’t the combined the same number as Total?
Fixed by creating a filter for the whole report telling it to exclude the Resolution or First response status if the status was ‘--’ to exclude all tickets that didn’t have a resolution or First response status.
