Onboarding API Returns Undocumented Status

The */api/v2/onboarding_requests endpoint returns a status of 4 on some onboarding requests. The only documented statuses range from 1-3. Any ideas what a status of 4 indicates? My only guess is that these are finished requests that had tickets that are now closed.
