ServiceNow and ManageEngine are part of Freshservice's Connector Apps. Both apps have pre-configured, out-of-the-box recipes that help you get started with the integrations. We currently offer recipes that perform the following functions:

Ticket creation - Create tickets based on a new ticket created in one of the systems

Ticket updation - Update tickets when the corresponding ticket is updated in one of the systems

Conversation sync - Add a conversation note to the ticket whenever a conversation note is added to the corresponding ticket.

 

Few other key points to note:

  • The integrations support the sync of Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Management modules.
  • Attachments are supported and will be a part of the sync between tickets
  • The workflows are Workspace compatible. They can be specifically configured against each workspace.
  • The recipes are quite flexible and you can customize them as much as you want.
