We’ve been using the Azure AD Provisioning for about half a year now without any issues. However, we just noticed that it’s basically failing every user creation and update and has been for several weeks now. The last successful user creation we had was on Jan 8th. A few updates have been successful in the past few days as well, but other than that it’s been a constant stream of failures in the provisioning logs.

 

All updates provide the error:
Error Code: UnSpecified
Error message: Processing of the HTTP request resulted in an exception. Please see the HTTP response returned by the 'Response' property of this exception for details.

All creations provide the error:
Error Code: FreshserviceInvalidValue
Error message:

Meanwhile Deletion and Deactivation result in the same error as the update, the UnSpecified HTTP request exception.

Since you're using the SCIM app to provision users for the AD, please reach out to the app developer at support@effy.co.in to have this checked, as there seem to be issues with user creation and update in recent cases.
