Freshservice currently offers integration with two HCM tools—BambooHR and Workday. The integrations provide a unified experience for the service delivery teams to maintain and access employee data across their HCM tool of preference and Freshservice. It helps bring consistency in the employee information available for service delivery teams like IT and HR to access at any given time.
🤖How does this integration work?
Workday and BambooHR are a part of connector apps offered by Freshservice. Both the apps have pre-configured, out-of-the-box recipes(workflows) that help you get started with the integrations. We currently offer two recipes as follows:
- Freshservice User Sync: Keep Freshservice requester data and the HCM app employee data in sync always. This happens by syncing new employee details from the HCM and by monitoring updates made to an existing employee profile in the HCM.Â
- Freshservice Onboarding:Â Automate employee onboarding in Freshservice whenever a new employee profile is created in your HCM.Â
The recipes are quite flexible and you can customize them as much as you want.Â
