is there anyone that has implemented the workday connector?  We are looking at the connector tool and would like to automate as much as we can between the two system for our onboarding but it looks like we would have to adjust our onboarding module.  If you have setup the connector, how did you configure in the onboarding recipe flow in the onboarding module?

I too would like to know how workday triggers onboarding and offboarding if someone has the time to explain it.

​@Brian R  Quick question - are you using Freshservice SandBox for testing? Or you are connected directly to Production? I am planning to implement it as well.

We’ve been trying to use the Workday connector for Offboarding, and three months later we are no closer to it working. The only time we are able to trigger an Offboarding ticket with this integration is if the termination date is set to today or earlier, potentially meaning our HR team would be unable to trigger the termination in Workday until the day the employee leaves the company. If anybody has any experience with the Offboarding part of the Workday connector, please chime in! I’m about a week away from giving up and just building my own workflow to create child tickets on a Workday-generated ticket via email notification to Freshservice.
