Using the Atlassian Jira Plus app, we wouldn’t be able to create JIRA Issues automatically from Freshdesk. You would be able to sync issues and updates between both platforms.

 

To achieve your requirement, you can use Zapier. Using Zapier, you would be able to integrate Freshdesk and Jira and define the integration in a way that whenever a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, a new Issue in Jira would be created.

 

Kindly navigate to Zapier.com and define the integration as shown here:

 

You would be able to choose what fields would you like to take it over to the Jira issue and you can sync that as well.
