Is it possible to add a screenshot in a Freshdesk ticket created in the Slack integration.

While creating Freshdesk ticket from slack, you’ll be asked to fill all the default and custom mandatory ticket fields however Attachment is not available as an option for now. 

 

Please have a look at our Ideas page, and post your ask here. We will look into this and take this up from our end.
