I'm already logged in and I'm required to punch in the CAPTCHA. Why?



Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Can you kindly confirm on whether you are referring to tickets or creating topics in the forum. 


In case you are referring to topic creation in the forum, there is an option to disable the CAPTCHA. 


- Go to Admin -> Customer Portal

- Under 'User Permissions for portal' -> Who can view forums, select 'Logged in users' or 'Everyone'

- Choose to enable or disable the option 'Logged in users should enter CAPTCHA to create topic' based on your preference

I'm talking about this forum, the offical Freshdesk support forum. 




We have currently disabled the CAPTCHA option in our support portal, however it will be enabled back if we suspect more spam activities. Cheers :)
