Creating multiple customer portals

We are looking to have a separate portal for our VIP customers to use rather than going to our general main support page.  Would using Multiple Product do what I need?  


Any suggestion would be great.

Yes, you are right. You can set up different products for your customers using the Multiple products feature in FreshdeskPost that, you can enable portals for each of the products to let your customers access accordingly. Refer to this link to get detailed insights on setting up a custom portal.
