Freshdesk, When export the tickets, it would be nice to see all the agent-customer interactions. At the moment there is only the subject and description. We are trying to analyze the ticket for resolutions and unable to find the solution that was offered to customer in email. Can you please help?

The conversations will not be present in the ticket export as of now. We will have this raised to our product's team as feature enhancement request.






You can however get the complete conversation from the account export, under Admin->Accounts. But, this will contain the overall account information and it is not just tickets.

I'd like to know too if this has been implemented or not. This feature will be very useful.
