How do I prevent forum posts raising tickets ?

I've recently enabled user forums on my site, and I notice that whenever someone posts, it raises a ticket. This is really annoying. Is there any way to disable this ?

    Hey Phil,


    Maybe the option Auto-convert to tickets is enabled, can you kindly confirm whether topics in a particular forum is being raised as a ticket or across all forums. 


    Follow the below steps to check whether the feature is enabled:


    1. Go to Forums tab

    2. Click on the specific Forum (Announcements, Feature Requests) from the left pane

    3. Click on 'Edit' button next to the Forum title


    4. Check whether the option 'Auto-Convert Topics to Tickets' is turned on
