I've set up the JIRA integration - with Jira Cloud - on our Freshdesk account and when we link a ticket to an existing issue in JIRA it works fine (everything gets synced). But when we want to create a new JIRA issue from Freshdesk, it hangs on fetching the issue types.


The account has admin permissions and is able to create (and link) issues in the selected project. Any ideas on why this is failing?

Issue has been resolved. Problem was that in the project specific permission scheme the user didn't have rights to assign issues.
