Setting up email. When setting up the forwarding email address in Gmail, it sends a confirmation code to capstonephotocomhelp@capstonephoto.freshdesk.com, which is supposed to arrive in FreshDesk as a ticket. That ticket never arrives.
Separately I sent an email to capstonephotocomhelp@capstonephoto.freshdesk.com which DID turn into a ticket.
Please help. I can't move forward until that email from Gmail shows up in FreshSales as a ticket.
