Hoping someone can help or have a solution to Asset Management EOL

Does anyone have a workflow that will autofill EOL base on the Assigned on date? Recently imported +2k machines to Assets that only had an assigned on date and FS support is telling me I have to manually input EOL. 

Maybe I’m also just missing the option to export a .csv file that shows hardware acquisition date and warranty expiry date?

Hello @ireneOT you can definitely export your list of assets that shows the EOL field and then handle the filling of that field for your 2K+ assets in Excel, then reimport the data.

Export can be found on the home “Inventory” screen

The other option is to look at using the Freshservice API and write a script that updates the EOL field for all your assets.
