@TOBYBENNETT2 The Asset Label Designer currently supports only the specified placeholders. We'll forward your request to the Ideas section for consideration, where the product team can evaluate it based on future upvotes.

You can view the list of available placeholders here: https://support.freshservice.com/en/support/solutions/articles/239543-list-of-dynamic-placeholders.

Hi.

Usually, when an Idea is submitted, it needs to get votes; the more votes it gets, the more likely it is considered to be evaluated, determine feasibility, developed, and then delivered. The time is very variable, but is around months.

The suggestion would be: Submit the post with your enhancements in the Ideas section, including your use cases if possible:

Freshworks Ideas | Freshworks Community

Then, share the link for us to be able to vote for it.

Submit a support case with your Use Case and reference to the idea.

You may go also to the Developer’s Community, where the people who actually do the coding is, so, they might give you some heads up about feasibility or even development status:

Freshworks Developer Community

You may submit an entry there and start a discussion with them.

Those are the best approaches to get a date-related response regarding a feature request.

Regards,
