We’re using the FSagent to sync asset info, which is working mostly pretty well. It does have some blind spots though.

We’re primarily a Dell shop - all our PCs have the Dell Command | Update and Command | Monitor tools preinstalled. We were using an asset management system that integrated with these tools before we migrated to Freshservice.

I know there’s a third-party app for Dell Warranty sync, but curious if there’s a way to integrate the data collected by Dell Command | Monitor into the assets somehow?
