Starting to populate our applications assets and have added some custom fields. To enable effective reporting we would like to include these custom fields in our Freshservice analytics report. Is this possible?

Hi,
We have a field “Company” on what you consider as “root_ci” Hardware and we would like to visualize all hardware grouped by company, but this doesn’t seem to be possible? I have tried but I am unable to filter/group when the filter Root_ci is “Hardware”.
