I have been asked by our group to look at inventory solutions. Already using freshservice, i decided to look at the asset inventory agent and probe. I have installed the agent on my device, and it has scanned it for software and populated freshservice, however when I look at the entry for the operating system (Windows 11 Pro), I only see that its version is 10.0.22631, and not the full build number of 10.0.22631.3296. This makes the inventory section useless to me, as its not actually the full version number. Has anybody else experienced this, and are their any workarounds or solutions?
