Is there a way to hide the description of a service catalog item once it is submitted as an SR? I realize as an agent you can hide it manually inside the SR, but can we not have it show up there at all?

Hello @ksuper18 I am not aware of a way to do this by default. The ticket rendering is part of the freshservice platform, something that the freshservice team controls. What I suggest is reaching out to support to see what they can do perhaps for your instance individually.

Only other thing I can think of is designing a browser extension that interacts with the components on the Service Request details page and auto hides the description when the ticket loads.
